State of the uk health profile - uks - 1 February 2012
Not good reading yet another reason to go self sufficient and make all your own food. A few years we decided to do all our cooking from stratch and either grow or get locally fresh produce.

uks, Thanks for this. As you say grow and produce all your own food if you can. Use as much natural medicine as well. Plenty of walking and fresh air. Kenneth Eames.
