if the farming protests next week escalate to include ports and supermarket deliveries, better keep your food stockpiles up to date, I know I will.

If you don't have enough stocked away to be able to handle that then you need to consider calling yourselves a prepper. Normal Grannys have enough put away to cover the disruption that will cause.

it will probably be short lived, a bit like the fuel protests back along, farmers cant afford to stay off the farm for too long.

Speaking to a local farmer about all this he explained to me that his farm now only has cows and bulls for show his dark herd gone replaced by government grants to basically not producing anything .

No future for his son's other local farms in recent years have tried ,festivals, renting shipping containers for storage, glamping , corporate events in a big tent , that's just local to me.

I live in hill farming country, no crops its all stock(animals), Sheep mainly, some cattle, some pigs.
all small family farms.

Be aware that its not only London that will see a Farming protest on Tuesday.
every place that has a livestock market will see a protest on that day. plan your journeys accordingly.

watch out for empty shelves in the supermarkets, the panic buyers are at it already.

We now buy our fruit and veg (by the net/sack) from a farm shop, we have some stored in dry sand in the garden shed but will keep our eyes open.

The public seem to be supportive of the farmers plight ,but if they start to block roads ect how long would it last.
