I would like to see NG make a series in Eastern Europe or Russia where communities that are self sufficient exist. NG focus too much on how people are nuts.

It won't be out in the UK for a while. But you can already watch the first 2 episodes of the 2nd series online and then the rest will usually be online within 24 hours of them being released in the states.
