Laughed so loud!!! Glad I'm working nights and nobody to laugh at me for almost wetting myself. RE: Stuff for free - Geordie_Rob - 18 February 2013 I can back up the freecycle recommendations. I've had loads of stuff from there. Even got given a car once, a little vw polo. No tax or mot but a little bit work (needed both front wishbones done to mechanically minded people) & it was on the road. The guy even gave me the parts to do the repair. I used it for 3 years before it got to the 'beyond repair' stage. My mrs hates taking me anywhere though because if I spot something, I take it (providing there is no obvious owner of course). RE: Stuff for free - Spandex228 - 19 February 2013 Any stories of free prepping stuff, and lessons learnt on gaining free prepping stuff is what I'm looking for ? ? ? |
