Neighbourhood watch apparently.
Since when did neighbourhood watch drive cars that very closely resemble police cars? Not even g4s & the other companies prisoner transfer vans are stickered up like that & they're doing a job for DoJ. It'd be interesting to see what colour those lights flash that are on the top of the car aswell.

I can understand the Jewish community doing this, they are simply clubbing together and funding this to protect themselves when they feel that the state isn't doing enough and with the strength and wealth of their community, they can afford to do this.

'Technically' the use of the Battenburg style hi-vis marking is legally only allow to be used by the 'official emergency services' (Police/Fire/Ambulance/Coast Guard/VOSA etc), it's an offence for others to use it. They can use the diagonal chevron design, but not the square battenburg design.

The recent attacks, including one on a Kosher market that killed four, “have revealed the urgent need to stop talking and start acting” in a way that empowers Europe’s Jews, according to a letter sent Tuesday by EJA General Director Rabbi Menachem Margolin to EU leaders. The EU, which has enacted very stringent gun control laws, should empower and train Jews to be proficient with guns in order to maintain their safety, according to Margolin... “We hereby ask that gun licensing laws are reviewed with immediate effect to allow designated people in the Jewish communities and institutions to own weapons for the essential protection of their communities, as well as receiving the necessary training to protect their members from potential terror attacks.” …
(What of those Jews who are not “designated people”? The EU could respond by telling its Jewish communities to just hire armed security guards.)
