Since when did neighbourhood watch drive cars that very closely resemble police cars? Not even g4s & the other companies prisoner transfer vans are stickered up like that & they're doing a job for DoJ. It'd be interesting to see what colour those lights flash that are on the top of the car aswell.

I can understand the Jewish community doing this, they are simply clubbing together and funding this to protect themselves when they feel that the state isn't doing enough and with the strength and wealth of their community, they can afford to do this.

'Technically' the use of the Battenburg style hi-vis marking is legally only allow to be used by the 'official emergency services' (Police/Fire/Ambulance/Coast Guard/VOSA etc), it's an offence for others to use it. They can use the diagonal chevron design, but not the square battenburg design.
