This is a bit of an eye opener really, its such a simple idea, so simple that very few people realise what they are doing, or who they are helping.

Which answers the original question, has FB had its day?,... I would think not, as it would be in the interest of many people to keep coming up with `good ideas` to keep people interested

I actually refrained from setting up an account on more than one occasion but I have to say I'm glad I did as I have met folk I never would have and I mean genuine folks I can call life long friends not just here but from all over the world. I also use it to keep in touch with folks at home which is an easier alternative when we lead such busy lives. I guess it is really what u make it anyone that feels fit to cause me undue grief is simply deleted anyway I have one thing to be grateful for and that's meeting u Steve as without Facebook I wouldn't have met yet more likeminded folk on here :o)

the point i'm making is that cia have broken practically every privacy law there is when they illegally invade our lives with trickery and then slander the best of us for learning the truth.

A couple of years ago I was chatting about Facebook to my wife. I predicted it would be gone in five years. We'll see..

As I once heard it said; "Twitbook is for those with nothing to say, who insist on the whole world hearing them say it."

with out meaning to doubt your intel, may i please ask for a link so we can put this one to rest. wikki leaked much the same invasive tactics over i phones being tappable buy the ptb so it would not be out of the realm of possibility for them to do the same with fb, gmail ect. cheersSmile

I don't think he's having a go at the concept or principle that the system is being used by the CIA. Only that video in specific.

There was an article a little while back that spoke about police being able to remotely listen in to phone conversations on 'known criminals' phones.....while the conversation is not a phone call, but a face to face conversation, thus converting the criminal's mobile phone into a bug/wire the criminal is involuntary carrying.
