wheat types.group 1,gallant,hereward,solstice,xi 19. spring wheats.mulika,paragon...premium grain for quility grists.
group 2...battallion,cordiale,einstein,ketchum,kingdom,kws-podium,soissons. spring wheats..ashby,granary,kws-willow,tybait....good all round bread flour group 3..claire,cocoon,consort,invicta,kws-target,robigus,scout,tuxedo,warrior,zebadee..good cake,biscuit and other flours. hope this helps.bread flour can be made from most grains,even animal grade corn if it hasn,t been treated with anything(pet shops)
only iron(by law) and gluton added at milling stage,all the crap is added at the bakery
