What a great use of public taxes, maybe they had sub machine guns because they had heard that the cow was of mixed race (half black and half white) and was therefore a danger to the public. Thank f#ck it wasn't on the London underground they may have shot the wrong heifer!

i have been in the path of an escaping BULLOCK and its not nice, get out of the way or the thing will go over the top of you, you wont stop it! but i do think the machine guns were overkill, a marksman is what is needed(and what eventually happened) not some harry arsed copper spraying bullets about!

Well only last year 5 heifers and calfs got out around here and cows with youngsters are very agressive, so the farmer sent his son with a big stick to round em up and chase em home. Cops with guns is the same net end result of giving babies razorblades.
