Scythe, I have been looking at the various posts with regard to that, looks like you guys have a good craic! We were going to into Plymouth today and then take the lurchers for a blast up on Dartmoor but weather was just a bit too crap, so we've been planting the seed propegators and preparing the pollytunnel instead.
Probably get up there next week now as weekends are generally chockers up there.
Grumpy grandpa, sounds like you gotta worse deal than me! Since the op I gave up booze which has brought me down from eighteen stone to fourteen.
I just have venesection "blood letting" about twelve weekly and a hormone jab in me derrier monthly. Overall I am probably fitter than a lot of guys my age, just not what they call in the military, battle fit anymore!, but I'm even working on that.

Whenever you're on Dartmoor, let me know. Might happen across the area walking the pups or just out on a stroll, or possible even when staying over a bit.
