the best martial art is old ju jitsu like aiki ju jitsu based it's over 900 years old and was the system use in battles by the samurai. the modern ju jitsu is a bit watered down for sport it's lines only go back to 1600 which is what you will learn from any club with a link to the late robert clark.
all millitery fighting systems like kave, systema all have links to ju jitsu
but get a good instructor who will learn you free thinking ?
there is a lot of people out there who shall we say lack true enlightment
there are counters to many techneques that fighting systems use
