Being able to get across the ground at a resonalble speed could be essential at some point. So I run a least 3 times a week. 8.5mins is my average pace on a mile. Could probably be a bit quicker if needed or chased. Run in boots and trainers (not at the same time)! carry rucksack with same weight as my bug out bergen, practice off road, and chuck in as may obsticales to get over as possible. Distance normally 3-6 miles

Keeping motivated is the hardest thing i find.

it'll be easier for me to cycle, i can go 3 times as fast on a bike( when i stop falling off that isTongue) than i can walking.
