On Sky news last night, they were reporting that the MoD has "already" cut the number of personnel down to "BELOW" the reduced levels agreed with the government, 3 years ahead of schedule.....
They were supposed to be down to about 82,000 by 2018, but today they are already down to about 81,000.

I recorded the number given DEV and it said the exact number was 81,700 and I think its 5 years ahead of schedule, the original date given was 2020.
