actually your right geordierob it dont matter that i dont like fish, if im hungry enough id eat my own arm. so im bound to eat that fish long before then.

and it dont take much fuel to cook a fish, (big advantage)

WINKLES!!!! I have'nt had them for years, brings back memories of Whitby and Bridlington as a kid, sniff sniff

And the memories of looking at what looks like a lump of snot on the end of the cocktail stick & your mother looking at you expecting you to enjoy eating it Smile

Survival situations - yeah no bother. Down the hatch.

i used to enjoy them,
sitting outside tent eating winkles then when we got back off holiday wed go round the pubs selling them in a paper cup with a pin, and make our holiday spending money back, that we had borrowed off dad.
