Surely because all milk sold has to be pasteurised (unless bought face to face from a farmer), shouldn't that have killed off all the bacteria before we drink it?

I'm happy to be corrected as I'm not an expert on it or anything. I just thought heat killed all bacteria.

we have been drinking UHT milk for the last 14 years without any ill effects, so that must tell you something.Big Grin
