Todays useful plant - the Cuckoo Flower - Steve - 2 June 2013 It's in flower right now, very commonly found anywhere the ground is wet. It's all edible, and very common. I've found that the seed heads are good for catching sparks from a firesteel so you can start the fire you boil the roots over.
