I clicked on the image thingy but nothing happened, I tried the file upload but that was not it either. Can someone please walk me through the procedure for posting images & videos.

Use the following in your replies to insert a picture. Obviously use your own URL where the file is stored.

Code:
[img]http://www.php.net/images/php.gif[/img]

Alternatively add the file as an attachment although it won't display directly it will be stored here and not require a remote site.
