Israel has always had war, so their government will look after their people and prepare them for war. The UK seems to believe itself invulnerable to such things. War, in the UK? NEVER!!! We will not be attacked!

Think of how unprepared we are as a nation. Imagine if 500 military trained armed people started to attack an area like London. How far do you think they'd get, and how long would they be free to roam the streets for? There would be HUGE issues!!! We are completely vulnerable to open war, let alone a more dangerous chemical, or biological attack. But no, we are the UK and we don't have war on our shores.

Be silent peasants, its not economically viable for the government to use your taxes building shelters for you menials and prolls, the money is needed to protect Royals, Ministers, Senior Civil Servants, MPs and other important people.
