Set in america after/during a pandemic of vampires. Its about a man who rescues a boy and is heading north to try and escape the citys and highly populated areas. Its a road/apocalpse/survival movie. Imagine the road meets near dark, thats the best way I can think of summing it up.

yeah good film for that, hell is a good film ,but its in german with english subs
