The yobs the yobs I'm so scared.... stop their benefits make them work for free!!! make them pick up dog sh** (thats true one council I read was trying to get people on benefits to pick up dog sh**!!!!!) make them clean my shoes!!!

If they tried that then I'm not surprised they are scared. Its disgraceful and sure to fuel resentment.
