I dont think any of our fuel comes from Venezuala !!, they refused to sell it to the US and UK govts, Chavez almost gives it away to his own people and sells it dirt cheap to cuba and other socialists states or anyone who hates the US.
Prolly the CIA trying to stick it to Hugo Chavez etc
