they are rationing fuel, if you've got an odd number reg number you can only buy fuel on an odd numbered day, and if an even number on an even numbered day.
Some people that prefer to be alone arent anti-social they just have no time for drama, stupidity and false people.

Really good example of government thinking.
They've got to be reading COBRAS play book on that one.
Disaster ongoing, no heat, freezing, snow, and now limit fuel.
At first I thought it was daft but I'm changing my mind.
They obviously WANT to turn this into the start of the all new much heralded US civil war.
