Yes, I saw this. A lot of areas shown on that map are pretty inhospitable terrain. The Cairngorm Plateau for example. Much of it over 4,000 feet. You would NOT want to bug out there in the winter unless you had no choice. Wind speeds over 100 mph quite common. If I was bugging out into some of those areas I would look for a sheltered hanging valley, away from the glens but not right up on the summits.
Find a resilient place and way to live, then sit back and watch a momentous period in history unfold.
