Not just the South East. The Midlands and East Anglia have officially been in frought since last June. There has been no rain to speak of where I am in Northants since last Winter.
Environment Agency is alreadymoving fish. Should read drought! Sailing away, not close to the wind.

When more an more people live in an area and the water supply is not increased to cope then eventually you could reach a point where it could rain all day every day and still not meet the needs of the people. We are not there yet but they are still working towards making that situation reality.
