hell to that! all you need in a polystyrene box( from a veg stall or shop), or you could use a decent wooden box, fill it full of hay, make a nest in the middle and put your pan in that, away you go and it cost you virtually nothing, certainly not £35! look in any old cookbook under "Haybox" cooking.
Some people that prefer to be alone arent anti-social they just have no time for drama, stupidity and false people.

Preservefreak, Thanks for this, you can also add to this. Surround the pan with foil to reflect back the heat from the pan. This will shorten the cooking time and stay hotter for longer. Kenneth Eames.
