It doesn't concern you that with a bit of development if this virus broke their containment that a large % of the world would be wiped out? or that if you developed a vaccine for your population that you might consider this as an ideal wmd.(Better than a neutron bomb because there is no residual radiation)

If this is what they admit doing I'd hate to think what shit they dream up
