RE: Britains Secret Courts
Scary but to be honest not unexpected, No one got outraged or demanded that Labour ministers be prosecuted for trying to get a law introduced that allowed the state to arrest and lock up people without charge or legal support for up to 90 days. This countries people disgust me because all the rights and liberties our grand parents fought for are being taken away and no one even cares.

Kenneth rest peacefully in the knowledge that you live far enough away from the socialists and fascists to not be of interest to them, Most of the lurkers on the forum will read this story at home in their 3 bed semis in suburbia and it wont cross their minds that the very same thing could happen to them for the craziest reasons such as putting your bin out on the wrong day, taking your kids out of school in term time, not paying your council tax etc It only take the word of one person to accuse you of something difficult to prove or disprove to see them being whipped off to prison. Imagine a teacher being accused of being a kiddy fiddler, heck I know a teacher who lost his job for the crime of being in the BNP.

Oh whats the fooking point of discussing this, nothing will change we can warn people til we are purple in the face and they will still come up with the most inane and pathetic reasons why they cannot move away from the cities that the PTB are slowly turning into totally controlled ghettoes. " I cant move away from the city because the wifes aunts gardeners labrador needs a new flea collar"

I started this site because I was fed up warning people on another site about things like this. I decided that this site to help people prepare would be better than whining about corrupt politicians and a useless socialist police state.

People will react it will just be too slow and by then the only options will be violence such as in Syria, Libya, etc. I just hope the UN will ground our air support as well as send guns when it is our time.

Where I live, it is estimated that by the year 2015 the population here with have decreased by 25%. This should result in many houses being vacant and difficult to sell. For Preppers who do not have to work, surely an opportunity to find a suitable place to settle. We are 140 miles from Glasgow. The population at present is approximately 4,500 in the town. Kenneth Eames.

We're pretty rural as it is, but we're going to be heading up to the islands as soon as we can.

RE: Britains Secret Courts
The pop of north east England is falling overall, and the demographics (?) are changing, more and more young northerners are buggering off darn sarf or leaving for Canada, Oz, NZ etc, and more and more people are moving into the three large urban zones on the coast (Tyne, Wear,Tees) thus depleting rural areas of fresh blood.

Note that more and more wealthy or affluent types like SD and Wet & Cold Smile are moving into the inland rural areas especially chasing decent sized south facing properties with enough land to be a bit more self sufficient. So whilst rural state owned primary and secondary schools shrink alarmingly in places, the private schools are not suffering as bad as the their southern equivalents are doing.

I think that in time ( and only as an approximation) North Yorks, Durham, Northumberland and Cumbria are going to become Englands version of Idaho, Montana, Wyoming etc with an entrenched establish self reliant mentality among the citizens living there ( but without the benefits the merkins have)

where i live is very rural, once you get away from the 2 cities and the coast the population drops rapidly, our nearest large town-8 miles away has a population of only 5,000 my own town 1300.

I'd love to relocate oop norf, but there's very little in the way of work for me. I did notice on my visit up to you NR that the people are generally much friendlier. Shame the wages are poop.
Bugger, clicked that button before I'd finished.

Anyway, back to the actual story: What a bunch of cunts. I think that 's the nicest way I can put it. I was very nearly in the same situation myself.

I had 2 demands for council tax, for 2 separate properties for the same year. Both should have been included in the rent (I had the contract for one which stated that it was included in the £1100 monthly rent) Anyway, I got one of them paid, but I was firmly stuck with the other one, even though I only lived at the address for 3 months.

Had a bit of a battle with Wycombe council and they knocked it down to 6 months. I asked them if they had my new address. When they said No, I advised them that they can whistle for the money, and thought no more of it.

2 years later a court official / bailiff rocks up and says he's here to take my stuff! Being a generally lovely human being I decided not to hurt him, so I let him in the flat, and locked the door behind him...

I explained what the issue was (I only lived there for 3 months, and CT was included in the rent) but he wasn't interested, just wanted to see what goodies he could take away with him. I chucked him £20 then chucked him out. He was expecting the other £800ish to follow. What a prick.

A week later a van arrives when we're out, looking to steal all my goodies. My landlord at the time (also a horrible cunt) offered to let them in! Thankfully they were aware of the law, and refused.
I got a phonecall from the bailiffs advising that I had to fork over £980 immediately, or an arrest warrant would be issued for myself, and my wife. I would have been okay had it been just me (cause I didn't owe the money, even though I couldn't actually prove it) but when they're talking about having the wife arrested and the little 'un would have to go into some sort of social care until one of us got bail, then I was forced to pay up.

Moral of the story, if you don't pay your council tax then give your bank a false address and do it all online. Also, don't have a car registered in your name (just get yourself on the insurance), and when the electoral register people come knocking on your door either tell them to fuck off, or give them a few white lies. Then you're pretty much okay in terms of people hunting you down.

They are persistent bastards though, so maybe the moral of the story should be: Be a good little sheep and do as your fucking told?

RE: Britains Secret Courts
where i live the owner of the market site wants to sell it to a developer and build 170 housing "units", but no developer in his right mind will take it on in the present economic climate, no local would be able to afford them anyway so i dont know where they think the buyers are coming from.
