I had an Irish ladyfriend called Kath once in Leicester, she used to invite me round for meals with her and her son and we got on great, but one evening she'd undercooked the bacon and it was like eating rubber, I was chewing a rasher for a good 10 minutes but it still wouldn't go down, so when she wasn't looking I fished it out of my mouth and slung it behind the settee for her cat but it wouldn't touch it!
I meant to pick it up later but I completely forgot, she must have found it the next day because she phoned me up in a violent temper and screamed at me "You're not a nice man and I don't ever want to talk to you again!"
