The police have always done as they are told for example.
Drive around in rainbow lgbt cars attend gay pride events.
Ignore white children being raped
Stop and search ( non white regarding knife crime)
Physically attack miners in the strike.
Go in heavy with rioters from one community run away from others.

It's not the police themselves but those politicians to blame.
