They showed it's trajectory on one site going between two of japans islands....
shouldnt a satelite launching rocket go straight up? Not sideways???
I mean even if it is just a test surely its controlled and they could bring the empty rocket back down in their back yad more or less.

'Fraid not Mike, an orbital rocket launch does go out at an angle. However that is usually done over your own shitpile of dirt than some other poor buggers.
