I know my geography is bad, but you're not catching me out that easily. I lived in Warrington from 2000 to 2011 (with a small break for uni and a year out).
North west of the midlands maybe but liverpool, manchester etc are not in the north, never have been and never will be. We in the Geordie Empire are fussy about who can call themsellves northerners, and scousers and mancs will never meet our standards
