RE: Block on long term food.
I know it's frustrating, I used to get headaches over it. I have now concluded that for very long term storage such as you require we're pretty much stuffed. I have planned my storage around a shorter shelf life and rotate rather than squirrel away for 15 years. Its not perfect, but there's not a lot we can do about it at present. There are a few places that sell Mountain House foods, but I have only seen complete meals.
The links I gave were the best I've managed to find so far. I did once find a place that sold tinned butter, but I forgot to bookmark the bliddy page and lost it!
