being HA property we have contents insurance but not bricks and mortar insurance, forgive me for being thick but if you live in a flood risk area shouldnt you as the house owner pay the premiem for that risk??

I'd be sending my increased insurance bill to the fucking retards that thought building a housing estate in the middle of a flood plain was a good idea...
