I found out that migrant Poles, Latvians etc who come here to work not only claim all the UK benefits for their kids back home, but also they claim from their homelands bernefit system as well. AND many of them have found out that if they leave the UK for a while each year they can reclaim any income tax they paid here as well as VAT.
