I always think of that old leninist or marxist comment to define socialism " If we tell the people a lie often enough eventually they will believe it" The prime lie from them is that "Socialism can work" it cannot, it never has and never will, the term socialist is just a woed coined by the marxists to civilise the phrase "parasitism" because at the end of the day parasitism is what socialism really is.
