Here in the States 57% of the population lives on some form of check issued by the government. Government workers, military or entitlement programs, pensioners and tax refunds.

All these payments are deposited to your bank account as a requirement for preventing corruption or theft of checks.

The government charges 3% fee for the bank transfer!!!

That just began last year and is effectively a 3% tax on all government issued allocations.
