NR, Yes you are absolutely right. Although I no longer get to that area, there was a lot going on when I was last there. If you notice, there are a lot of roads that are being tunneled underground in the South. My family down there often mention it. I am wondering if there is a reason for this? I would suggest that preppers in other areas should consider preparing for a nuclear attack, at some time or another. There are other ways of looking at it as well.
