Bobbies on the beat coming to an end.

I haven't seen a bobbie on the beat for at least 6 years, they sometimes drive around here, maybe once or twice a year, don't stop, don't get out the car and drive out again.....whats the point of that? we sort our own problems out here don't need the cops.
