I'm stunned nobody else picked up on that sooner.

This is where people need to get good at home brewing!!!

Had a go before - I got something that resembled slightly alcoholic brown toilet water. I managed about 4 pints of it, but that was more than enough for me. That was one of the cheapo kits though.

I want to get myself a home still, for something more potent than beer.
