Maybe it's time to move to a floodplain and cancel my insurance.... I recall those poor uninsured sheeple were given a great big govt handout to have their lives put back together. I still remember one guy being interviewed who said he was called out of the pub to go to his flooded house. He was asked if he was insured, standing there with a pint in his hand he said no, he couldn't afford it!
