The US is governend by the like of Exxon and Haliburton , not aliens, not conspiracies, just plain bog standard enterprise, IE he who has the money makes the rules.

The powers that be are a corporate elite who finance the parties, so I would call that a conspiracy, most definitely so. But stuff about aliens, reptilians, etc is a diversion for the gullible.
