Wildman, I'm with you on this one. I'm starting to re-assess my take on the world. We've been lied to for years & years by tptb. Who is to say they aren't lying about other things. One thing I'm questioning is Iran & the supposed seeking nukes. I'm thinking maybe they decide to sell the oil to Asia rather than to the west & that's why the us/uk want rid. That's my firm belief about saddam & Iraq. Don't get me wrong, he was an evil B & the planet is better off without him stealing our air. But WMD's? Really? Me thinks black gold was the real reason he went. Because he pissed off the west by trying to sell it elsewhere. No evidence at all of course. Just a theory in my head.

Forget the politics, religion, and stupidity, IS ANYTHING GOING TO DIRECTLY AFFECT THE UK if Israel and the rest slug it out?

Not really, oil will still flow, we'll still buy it, they'll still sell it.
They need the money more than the principle of not letting us have it.

Turmoil in the middle east will raise the price of oil whether they still want to sell it or not. The markets decide the price and they will hike the price as they always do.
