I don't normally post "respect" threads,
but BIG respect to these guys, i put in an order at 3pm, DIDN'T pay for next day delivery, but received it next day
I've ordered things half a dozen times from these guys and the service is first class, prices are decent too.
in some cases, those with the least to say, say the most.....

But that is how its supposed to happen, if you order before their posting deadline for that day, then a first class Royal Mail item should always arrive the next day,.... I take it it was Royal Mail?

Yeah i found them a couple of weeks ago....some great stuff and some of it reasonably priced....when i bought and renovated my house i stupidly fitted a (for show) faux living flame gas fire...if i'd been a little more forward thinking it would have been a woodburner...the bushcraft store sell a portable one that i could rig up in the living room...anybody seen it on there website? what do you guy's think?

The frontier stove on their site looks good. I think Beardyman has experience with using these, and used to sell them as well.
I'm a big fan of adding thermal mass immediately behind the stove. Its a tried and tested method in some very cold parts of the world. As a very minimalist and dual purpose mass, the hot water urn looks to be a good addition.

Is this along the lines of heat something else lumpy and solid up and it will radiate more heat through the newly increased surface area?
