I've just been thinking of posting about a run I just went on and about the different ways to increase physical fitness at any age. I've been in the gyms for 12 years now, along with MMA training, rock climbing, trail running, and much more.

So I'd love to help people increase their physical fitness, and answer any health and fitness answers, along with sport diets, basic injury assistance, and things like that.

Obviously the section would need a disclaimer saying about consulting a doctor and things like that. But I think it could really help a lot of people. Especially me, needing to recap everything I know, and check for questions I didn't think about.

What do you say SD? Is that possible?
