Poor deprived things, they dont know any better, lets give them all a house and a car and a holiday to make up for their bad lives...Couldnt you just cry for the poor little criminals...

the age of criminal responsibility should be raised to 14, MPs will say today.
Politicians from the three major parties, including Labour’s Fiona MacTaggart and Conservative backbencher David Burrowes, will argue it should be increased from the current age of ten to bring Britain ‘in line’ with the European average.
The group’s chairman, Labour peer Jean Corston, said many children over ten were victims themselves who grew up in ‘chaotic and abusive’ homes.
