Hi everyone, been drifting for a time an came across this place.
Seems to be right up my street with good practical information without any fluffiness or weird head trips.

I been slowly getting my act together for a while now both mentaly an physicaly in readiness for the big one that i feel is not too far away.

Looking forward to joining in on some great discussions.Cool
