C,mon in a fair society we would only be asked to pay for public services we actually use, I will never use meals on wheels, ring and ride, warden call, sure start, libraries, swimming baths, sports centers, gay and lesbian advice centers etc, but the sub human untermensch socialists rig the system so the tax payers get hammered to pay for the scrounging classes.
