Logging on problem
Dunno what is happening but normally when I visit the forum it automatically logs me on, but every visit today has required me to re-log on, and no matter how many times i tick and check the boxes asking me if I want to remain logged on it wont ?

RE: Logging on problem
You let Bill Gates auto update your system then. Whoops!
Not your fault mate, unless auto update is turned off it eventually cocks up everyone's computer.
That's probably what went wrong.
Next bit of advice, restore the system. You've done that once so it'll be a doddle for you.

Once it's working again I'd turn off Microsoft Auto update and hopefully you'll be fine.
Are you using Internet explorer? I dumped that ages ago in favor of Firefox.
I don't get a fraction of the problems I used to.
Some forum members like Oracle. There's loads to pick from.
I'm sure the forum members have their own preferences and will help there.
Paul.

Yes I think you are probably right, the automatic updates is when the trouble started.
