The Lottery, A tax on the stupid
Anyone else noticed that every time the economic mess the country is in is dominating the news that the government funded lotteries run advertising campaigns to get the sheeple to piss even more of their money away on lottery cards?.

Not being happy taking 40% in Income tax 14% NI and charging you 20% on anything you buy with whats left, they encourage the sheeple to gamble. Then in in a few months they will be spouting off again about people not saving enough for their old age?

What are the odds. 14M to 1. Someone wins almost every week because there are so many doing it.

What are the odds we need to prep? I've been storing stuff for years. Yet never had to use it in anger.

You are right about the government though.

I'm glad you & BP have met my wife - people on here must think I'm some kind of half demented raving homo. I KNEW I should have moved North instead of South! Not that far North that the blokes wear skirts and the women chuck telegraph poles though... Rolleyes
