That would be immoral in my book, some tennants have been living in their homes for decades before falling on hard times and having to claim benefits, using a tax to drive them out is disgusting and immoral. Instead of freeing up housing by deporting illegal immigrants and recent migrants who dont have jobs they are taking the easy option as always of hammering the ordinary British people.

if an old lady of 90 years has lived the the same council house since she was a young woman, but now lives alone who bloody cares she has more than paid for the cost of the home after 50 years of paying rent.
